I Wanted To Cry. No, Really.

       For the past couple of weeks I have gone through what no blogger wants to suffer through. My laptop absolutely broke down. Crashed. Committed suicide. Went ka-boom. There was nothing I could do. Nada. None. Zero. Zilch. So, I sent my computer to the company and they said they would try their best to fix it. And also save all of my files. Of course when I get my laptop back there is nothing on there. All of my pictures, documents, and downloads were gone. It was a nightmare come true. Now I'm not much of a writer. I would love to be one really. However, I have been writing a few chapters the past year, and I had them saved on my documents. Only two of the chapters had actually been written out on paper before I started typing them. And guess what? Yep, they were gone as well. I wanted to cry. I may send the computer to a friend and see if I can get my previous files back on here, but if not, then well...I guess I'll have to start from scratch? I'm going to start crossing my fingers....right about now.

When people ask me why do I like to read, all I can think is Why would you not? My imagination can run wild. For a while I can step into someone's shoes and be a part of their world. Whether it be fiction, biography, mystery, or even a romance novel, reading is very entertaining to me. And now, I can share it with others. So kick off your shoes, grab a good book, and stay a while.
